Andy made his name with the Hull Thunder in the British National League before moving with tKarl Hopper and Michael Bowman to join the Phantoms in 2004/05.

Since his arrival, Andy has become the rock of Phantoms D, delivering an impressive level of consistency that has gained him deserved respect from colleagues and huge popularity with the fans.

He seems most at home when throwing himself on the floor, in front of a goalbound slapshot or when delivering a big mid-ice check.
