Brent Gough 2006 - 2008
Playing Participant in the Legends of Peterborough event March 16th 2008

Brent arrived in the UK from a prolific points scoring career with Merrimack College and took time to settle at Phantoms where fans had been expecting a free scoring centre. However, any initial disappointments were soon cast aside as Brent suddenly ignited in the second half of the season and was hugely instrumental in Phantoms becoming the form team of the league, racing into the play-off finals weekend at Coventry.

Now in his second season with the club, Brent has established himself as the complete forward, hugely effective in either a playmaking role or as the finishing end product. His popularity with fans is further enhanced by his two way, end-to-end game that sees him working back on defence as well as getting forward.

A 100 point campaign last season has already scratched Brent’s name into the book of Peterborough hockey greats and he has the potential to go on to make his name as one of the all time greats in the seasons ahead.
